Title: weird stoneware vase markings - help needed

Hi All

Got this vase today and cannot make out full marks

its an impressed badge type mark, i can read "Member of the" then i cannot read te word underneath

it has at bottom of badge "Founded" then cannot read the rest of that part

it looks potentially like a horse in the middle of the badge as a leg and tail at the right hand side

at the very bottom left it says "82 eed"

 

Any help needed

Directly under "MEMBER OF THE" it appears to says   ?PTIMA CLUB.

Wonder if it is Optima Club ??  Is the pottery itself actually chipping and wearing ??  It doesn`t look like the bottom was glazed !!
