Title: Signed French oil painting of a Paris street scene

Can anybody name the artist of this painting?

Was researching this painting but find it difficult to name the artist.
It looks to me like a Paris street scene.
I know Paris had/has many artist who painted street scenes but this looks potential.
Its is painted in a primitive/naif style

Its not by the artist Michel Delacroix! The signature is way different

And a pic of the bottom edge of the canvas !!  This looks like a print on canvas that has been re-framed !!
