Title: JD 191 maker's mark on brass sconces

Has anyone come across JD 191 on brass? I acquired some angel or winged Victory sconces with coquillage, and this mark on the back, but can find zero info on them, and have been researching for months. Any help would be much appreciated.

What is your location ??  To find items like these brass sconces you have to look for a foundry !!
