Title: Hand Decorated Green with 22K gold tray/bowl

This is a dish or trinket tray possibly that measures 6 1/2" in diameter and is almost 1" tall.  It is a hand decorated green with white abstract type design.  There are green paint droppings and splotches on the white.  The border is 22 k gold and the sides are green.  The back is gold stating Hand Decorated Warranted 22 k. gold, USA.  Any ideas on the maker and circa?  Thank you

Tons of companies used this mark, Hand Decorated Warranted 22 k. gold, USA.

Many had their own mark with this phrase included in it. Pearl, Royal China, American Limoges, Sebring China.
