It's eight inches long, somewhat heavy wood, hollow. It has holes going through it in various places. There is a brass ring around the outside rim of the thick end, and a brass ring around the inside of the hole on that same end. The metal as well as the wood on that end is quite worn and beat up. I have no idea what this is
