Title: Need help to ID the hallmark on the cross

Inherited this cross with other things from my grandmother.
Have no idea about its history.
Need help to identify the hallmark or its approximate age.

That mark looks like an A under a wave !!  Is that correct ??

Mart it looks like a squid or octopus to me.

Am I correct that on jewelry the 750 mark is used for gold?  So, is this white gold?

Thats why I asked KC !!  I am not sure what it is !!  Yes the 750 is white gold according to what I found !!
