Title: Please Help 1942 Signed Painting Who Is The Artist

This painting came from a thrift shop.Painting is dated 1942 but I can't make out artist name.Can anybody id this artist.What is the name.

Not sure it is, Erik, KC. I think the name is Ukrainian, written in Cyrillic.

Looks like Erik Strelow....  There are quite a few with this name around the world!

If the third letter in the surname is an r then the second letter in the Christian name is unlikely to be one.

The last name looks like Harlow to me.

Like KC, I originally thought it was Erik Strelow.  But, then I noticed the "r" in the first and last name were not written the same.  So now I think it may be Enita Strelow.  Either way, Erik or Enita Strelow....it is a very German name.  There are a lot of Strelows who migrated from Germany to Wisconsin and also Australia.
