Title: Old Bisque 16" Tall German Girl Statue

I'm not sure but I believe this is a German statue.Has some type of mark and number under bottom.Statue is bisque 16" tall.

The following link has an extensive discussion about that "R" in Diamond mark. If you read until the end, most everyone agrees that it dates to genuine earlier pieces.
