Title: Antique/Vintage Vase Raised figures Japanese? Chinese?

I bought out a lot of vintage items this large beautiful handpainted vases were inside a tote,all handpainted with raised figures of people,hope someone can help me id vases there's two alike,not sure if they are Chinese or Japanese need help

Vaguely looks like Satsuma style Japanese export vase !!  Not very well done !!
