Title: Vintage 3 leg Trinket Box With Stones Box Just Beautiful

I got this trinket box when I bought a lot of older jewelry.Has stones,turquoise,red stones,need information.What is it,where was this box made,what's the  design on top.

The design on top appears to have some Yin and Yang going on.

Sure does Rauville !!  Is the color coming off the stones on top ??  They look like plastic !!

No Mart they are untreated stones.
