Hope someone can help me id this beautiful art glass vase, has a grounded down opening,I can't find a name or company, look like Loetz to me,but not sure,I would love to know.

Go to "Decors index" for the known patterns and shapes !! This one is not Loetz quality !! Nice but not up to the work of their masters which is amazing in my opinion !! There were many copying Loetz glass during the Art Nouveau period !!

What size is it? With the ground top, I would guess that it was a perfume atomizer bottle.
-
I do believe that it was made to have an attachment to it such as a spray cap (like Rauville suggested.)
It is somewhat in the style I have seen inkwells! Note that identifiers were more notably on the metal attachments that made makers easier to identify! Many glass makers were in on this style of ink well such as Bohemian Art Glass. Some often misidentified for Loetz are Kralik, Pallme Konig and Stolzle.

Remember that not all items were made "perfect" and there were many seconds that were out there (as well as other companies that mimicked the finer glassware.)

The colors make me think of glass that was made after Mount St Helen exploded. Is it old ? How long have you had it or how did you acquire it? Here are some perfume examples

Since she called it a vase,,I assumed it was larger than a perfume bottle !!
-
I called it a vase because I know there are small vases. This one measure about 3" tall across bottom about 5".
-
KC the pictures look like my item, colors are the same but not the pattern.Probably was an inkwell,I've had this vase I know about 20+ years, item came from old thrift store.
-
Pelady yes that one also remind me of my item, thanks,I'm going to go though sites.

Top is not right for an inkwell !!
