Hi guys...it's been a while. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
I have an elderly friend (80ish) who has given a lot of her furniture to children, but has more she is selling/giving away. Some antiques from her parents and grandparents, some vintage. I am going to post a few things, will have more later (my son has to go get out of various buildings so I can take pics).
She has several of the trunks similar to the one I am posting. They all have 2-3 separate compartments.
Any info on the ones' I am posting would be much appreciated.

Looks like the same vintage as the tables you posted earlier; 1960s-70s. Chairs like these don't have much value these days, maybe $10-$25 each at a yard sale.

Does the chair bottom have caning ??

I am not sure, I did not remove the cushions. I will look when I go back.

With the caned back I wondered if the bottom was as well !! Often older people will add a cushion rather than sitting on a caned chair or solid bottom !!

Shall I take that as an affront in regard to what I'm using at this moment? ;)

Oh No Rauville !! But I have sat on a few caned chairs and was not fond of cane prints on my butt !! Those little criss crosses look a little funny !! Comfort counts at my age !! ;D
