I've never came acoss a painting like this one,painting came out of an old storage.Signed and dated,titled "Bryophyta.

Maybe it t'was a botanist was practicing his/her artistic skills. ;D ;D
Bryophyta: A division of small flowerless green plants which comprises the mosses and liverworts. They lack true roots and reproduce by spores released from a stalked capsule.
Bryophytes are an informal group consisting of three divisions of non-vascular land plants (embryophytes), the liverworts, hornworts and mosses.[1]

Thanks sophiemarie!! Ipcress is good at finding things!! Just like you are!! Must be getting used to this phone,,only had to back up once!! Just figured out how to correct spelling without erasing the whole sentence!!
