Hi, I have an etching by Seymour Haden - Whistler's House at Old Chelsea. I believe it was bought by my great uncle in the late 20's/early 30's. It is in a black frame which is a little worn/scratched. On the back is a stamp with the dealer it was framed/purchased from. J W Speight - Fine Art Dealer and Picture Framer. 183 Kirkgate, Wakefield. ( That is in Yorkshire , England ). Has anyone any idea of value.
Thank you, Pam.

A bit of history about the etching and other works follows:

The only sale I could find of this etching was from 2010:

I forgot that I had looked earlier for any "for-sales" of this piece.
Found 2: One listed at GBP850, and a 1926 edition (smaller size) for AUD28. I didn't do an exact currency conversion, but I'm guessing about $1100 vs. $22.
We need to know the dimensions of the etching in question.
