I'm not the glass person, but it looks like it should be an Imperial piece in the "Three in One" pattern. Someone with some knowledge can verify this.

It appears the Imperial "3-in-one" pattern may also be known as "Fancy Diamonds":

Not confusing...there are just a lot of patterns with overlapping manufacturers! Rauville gets a point for this one - good job :)
