I've added more pictures taken outside and underside of wood stand bottom.I found this lot in a stotage I bought. All four measure 2 1/2",is this real or fake Chinese mutton  jade,I tried the scratch test, didn't scratch at all.Cold to the touch.Look like mutton fat  jade.Translucent under light. One is carrying a baby. There's also what look like a breathing hole. What are the figures called, there's 2 letters under bottom base.Pictures were taken outdoors

If I am correct from what I have learned over the years...Mutton-jade isn't green in color and yours appear to have a green tint.

With the exception of the fish, if the other three statues WERE jade (green tint), I'd say they are PROBABLY Nephrite jade.

Nephrite can be found in a translucent white to very light yellow form which is known in China as mutton fat jade.

You can learn more details about nephrite here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nephrite

Maybe you can take a better picture of the fish, so we can see the color better?

I cannot see "the scholars" in the pictures presented well enough to even take a guess.  There is no definition to the faces, dress, etc.

Your "scholars" are Feng Shui Chinese Gods: Fuk (family), Luk (Power), and Sau (Longevity).  They are shown here in the 5.3 inch figurines on Ebay:

SophieMarie I looked items up and there are some pieces with green tint.Held up to light they become very white.I also used the black light. They do have some age flaws. This lot came out of a storage of a military man.The family lost the storage so it was up for auction. He had wrapped them very carefully. Thanks so much for all the great information.

Take a loop and look at the cell structure to see if it is fibrous. Then compare to jade site pics of structure.
