Posting for a friend. Anyone familiar with bayonets? He would like to know more about the markings on this. Second picture is a closeup. Thanks!

I’ve been busy, Mart. However, it’s been slow in here recently.

 There was a period when the only only posts concerned American furniture or glass and you lot don’t need me for those !
