I have a full set of Black Knight China Thelma code of back can find a price on them, anybody know value

When you say a full set, to how many pieces are you referring?  Do you have a list of the pieces?

While they do buy china, I believe they only pay about 20-30 percent retail value and of course condition would also be considered.

And their prices are way above actual market value !!  The prices are high retail !!
