Title: WC Fields Glass Smoking Ornament

I have a small glass ornament of WC Fields, it is about 2 inches tall.  He used to have cigarettes and you would light one and he would appear to be smoking.  I am wondering when it was made, by who, the value of it today and if anyone knows where I could get some of the cigarettes today, if they are even available.  Thanks.

I sorta remember these different characters from the 1970's. I'm sure it would be difficult to find a pack of smokes for them today.
