Title: Painting Of Arab Man Smoking A Nargila Pipe Signed In Arabic

I bought this wonderful old painting on board of an Arab man smoking a nargila pipe,I received this info from the art site,the name I'm told is arabic,amran or khamran,I can't read signature,maybe somebody can help,came from a church sale.Hope someone can help,who is artist,anybody know the name in English.

Hey guys,this is my painting.I posted the same words 4-4-2012 on art forum.I still have not found out anything on this artist,but will post what I posted and pictures. I wondered who this person is.Funny
