Looks like for individual serving of an edible with accompany salt and pepper shakers.

Could be but for what ??  Boiled eggs ??  They always need salt and pepper !!

(Originally) a 3 piece Berry Set.  There is the bowl/platter for the berries, there is supposed to be a small pitcher for the cream and a small sugar bowl!  The ones below had a built in sugar bowl but the smaller ones had a separate one!  This was a Victorian delight!
