Title: Aldabra white-throated rail bird
Post by: cogar on May 21, 2020, 10:12:02 AM
The Aldabra white-throated rail bird was declared extinct, a victim of rising sea levels almost 100,000 years ago.

But don’t you be feeling sorry for such a beautiful creature because it just ‘evolved itself’ back into existence.

And that's how I know it was a pretty thing.

Interesting Cogar !  However I would argue that it didn`t "just evolve" !  The dna was always there and it just happened to hit right to produce a similar bird !  Bet the dna sequence is slightly different !

Mart, you did notice that I specifically denoted my statement as …..  ‘evolved itself’.

😊 ain’t nothing that evolves itself.

The paleontologists just got it wrong about the …… Aldabra white-throated rail birds, …… apparently the same as the did with the …… coelacanths

Fish or ocean dwellers are a different thought !  Even though they were thought extinct,, how would one know due to where they live !
