Title: Prince William Beer China Mug

I have an old china mug my mother gave me. It has a verse written on the side called "The Bitter End" . It is stamped  on th ebottom "Prince William" Warranted 22 Carat Gold, Made in England. Anyone have any information concening this item??

and what Prince William are we needing info on?  Any idea of who he was and when he reigned?

Thank you so much for the information about the website. I do not believe this mug  has anything to do with the current Prince William...that's what peaked my interest:)
