Title: Antique Desk

I have a single pedestal three drawer desk that opens on top to reveal a writing desk inside.  It was made or distributed by Clark & Gibby Inc., New York.  I can find no information about them on the internet.  My desk needs to be restored but I don't want to damage it.  Also, I would like to know it's value.  Can anyone help?

clark & gibby were distributors, of fine quality desk's. such as dunton - doten from the 1920's. look carefully for a name.inside a drawer etc. you may have a sleeper. ( high quality )
