Title: OLD washbowl and pitcher set

I have an OLD washbowl and pitcher set.  The marking on the bottom of the bowl states:  QUEEN and underneath this it states:  E.P.P. Co.  It is partially enclosed by a laurel wreath with a ribbon and bow at the bottom of the wreath.  I believe it dates back to the late 19th C.  Can you help me with this information?   Thanks, jcmat
