Title: brass cutout hanging lamp

I am wondering if anyone can tell me about this lamp? It is a Tiffany lamp shape, but with a very ornate brass cutout design. I haven't seen anything like it. I have attached two photos.

Can't see any photos..........If it's a Tiffany lamp it will be marked as such.
