Title: china cabinet

I have this old china cabinet and I was wondering if anybody could tell me how old it is and what the value of it may be. On the back of it it  has written 83 chine grand rapids Michigan. any help will be great. Here is a link with the photo

Appears to be circa 1930.......No major damage, perhaps $250-$400.
