Title: antique singer model 27k
Post by: wcw on October 05, 2006, 02:42:45 PM
I just lucked apon this and would love more info - From the serial # I have researched it to being manufactured  in Scotland between July and December of 1900, it is in need of a bit of TLC, some rust but it still works. It is of course, cast iron treadle in a mahogany cabinet. I may sell it or not - I am in Seattle and will appreciate any input - thank you

Most machines, Singer included that were produced after 1875 were mass produced and somewhat common. Unfortunately, they don't garner a lot of value. Yours in good working condition with decent cabinet, $50-$100.
