Title: Need help identifying some China from Japan

My boss is cleaning out his basement and has some old China he'd like me to help him identify.  It has a very nice dragon/feather pattern with what looks like a peacock or maybe pheasant looking bird on it.  It is labeled "Made in Japan" and has some Japanese characters on it.  I've uploaded some pictures at http://www.fixedorfree.com/antiques/ (http://www.fixedorfree.com/antiques/).  There are some other stuff there that if you know what it is it would also be appreciated.
