Title: What the heck is this!?
Post by: ChicagoRobH on January 11, 2007, 08:33:24 AM
THINK it might have something to do with wine making.  Found it among oak wine barrels and wood that appears to be used to MAKE barrels?

And also found this in my attic (believe this to be some type of stove door maybe???

All this was found in my attic.  House was built in I believe 1945 here in Chicago...

Thanks for any help :)

I was hoping someone would answer this... because it sure is interesting!

is it hollow? does water or gas flow through it?
