I KNOW THERE WAS ONLY 10 OF THESE MADE FOR SOME CHURCHES. THEY ARE HAND CARVED. ANYONE WITH MORE INFORMATION

It does not appear very old.. how do you know about the 10?

THE AUCTIONEER SAID THAT IS WHAT HE LEARNED ABOUT IT WHEN I GOT IT.

I agree with dontbe. the marble looks new.and can you'verify it's wood ? it look's like a laminate?

I'm thinking its a newer piece, made overseas.
It's pretty, a nice piece to have. I just have a feeling that there are a lot more than 10 of them out there...
