Title: Is this a Limited Edition

Hello,
     I'd appreciate any help on finding the significance of the number above '46. Other pieces that I've seen have the '46 standing for the time period which it was made, but this was the only one with another number above the '46. Thanks for your time and I appreciate any direction or enlightenment abou this piece.

  If you contact replacements.com they might tell you what it would take to replace them. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
