Title: Very old signed & numbered figurine is a mystery to me.

Hi All ! I haven't been able to find out anything about this statue for years...except that it  is French.
I can't even find a reputable appraiser around here. Do you have any kind of clue about the history of this piece ?

this appears to be a much later copy' of sevres. this marked was used after.circa 1775

Thanks so much ! I can't even find a book to research it. You can tell I'm definately not a collector.
I'm hoping to find someone to appraise it for me.... but I"m looking for someone I Can trust - not someone that wants to low ball me just to buy it.
