Title: Can you help me identify this

I puchased this wall hanger at a yard sale many years ago because I fell in love with it.  Now I'm wanting to know more.  Here is some pictures and hopefull, you can identify it for me.  On the back it says, "made in italy". Thanks.

Looks like a bracelet

Looks similar to 1950s -60's tourist trade pieces.
