Title: Any idea about this please?

Hello, anyone have an idea what type of shade this is? It appears to be mainly glass and lead. It's been in my family since at least 1969 but I never really knew much about it.

A beautiful shade..........Don't know If I can add to what you already know, Blue/green slag glass shade, appears to be circa 1920-30. You don't state size but on the right lamp would be stunning.

Thank you Tim, I appreciate the reply. The shade is about 18" at the largest point. I'd really like to know who it's made by. I'll keep searching Google!
