Title: Saloon door or shutter or ?

Would you please help me identify an item I got from a flea market.  They are a pair...sort of saloon door looking, shutter looking pieces of wood with wood spindles going vertically.  They are curved at the top with an oval cut out, perhaps to carry them?  They are approximatley 1' wide by 4' tall.  I don't know what to do with them, but it would help if I knew what they were intended for!  Thanks so much!

Pictures posted may be a big help, one thought though might be confessional doors.
