Title: world war II bronze manekin pis ashtray with swastika

I have a small possibly 4" tall brass looking ashtray, it has a statue of the Manekin Pis over the ashtray which has a swastika in the bottom.  My uncle brought it back from World War II.  Its a family keepsake but wondered if it has any real worth.
