Title: Hercules Ware, Brooklyn, NY muffin pan- No info anywhere! Do you know?
Post by: psafrit on August 28, 2007, 02:02:37 PM
I have recently purchased a muffin pan in a store that sells estate items.    It is shiny silver (with some wear) on it.  On the top, on the left side, it says "HERCULES" and under this is says "WARE" and under this "B'klyn-6  NY".  In the center of the pan, it has U.S. and this is circled.  There is another circle on the center right side that had 1951 inside of it.  I have done so many searches and can't find anything about this.  Can anyone help?  Thanks!!!

I have one of these pans. It belonged to my mother. We lived on Long Island, NY from 1949 to 1956. Though I have no idea where she purchased the pan, I would presume it came from a local store. I love this pan. It is much better than the garbage that is sold today. I am using it right now and that is what prompted me to search and see if they were still on the market.
