Title: Different Picture, Same questions...

This picture has a rough tecture, looks like copper or something....frame has a few notches, not sure what this picture is or if it has any value. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Originals were by William Hogarth. Yours is number 1 in a set of 4 election prints. I can't tell how yours is printed but these have been reproduced.
