Title: Info on Ardalt dog with moving head

I can't find any information on this item. Which means i'm looking in all the wrong places. Its a dog statue Lenwile Ardalt white poodle with a moving head. The dog stands about 14 inches,is white ( gloss finish)  with a green collar . Item comes in 2 pieces, head comes off and has two little posts the it pivots off body. Bottom has a gold paper sticker that says hand painted,  Lenwile Ardalt,
artware ,Japan. Its in perfect condition......but I know nothing about it,any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

what kind of symbol is above the word ardalt? Is it pre war? I am having the same problem with an ardalt bowl. the numbers 799b are on the back. I will check the ardalt book and get back with you later on the ardalt.
