Title: Palmolive lithograph (1890's mideastern)
Post by: robindillon on November 07, 2007, 06:50:21 PM
Does anyone have knowledge about appropriate value for the following?  PLEASE  PLEASE PLEASE!

roughly 16x30 inches lithograph of what looks like a mideastern woman

I was told it's probably from 1890's

don't know the artist

there are a cuople of holes at top (well above the area where the woman is) that must have been used to hang it

and there is a 1-2inch long spot in one corner that must have been ton & is being held in place with masking tape

the dealer's asking $400

does anyone one know if that's a reasonable rate & any other information on this?
thanks, robindillon1@yahoo.com
