Title: Freedom and Justice Soaring by Gunther Granget Gold Plate

This gold plate has been in the family and we're wondering how much it's worth.  first edition sculptured eagle plate in 24 karat gold vermeil over solid copper.  8" in diameter

There are several listed on eBay and they aren't selling at $15.
