Title: Do i have a fake?

Is this flask a fake or the real deal. It has Gen. Taylor Never Surrenders on one side and the other has a side shot of George Washington and says The Father of His Country. Above Gen. Taylor Never Surrenders is also printed Empire Glass Works. Any info will help. Thanks
