Heres the deal, I found this roulette wheel burried in a field in downtown Baghdad Iraq. Let me tell you about it. It is a brass wheel, with a wood base. I believe its mohogany. It is a single zero to 36 number system. On the wood it has the words (caro paris fabricant) stamped on it. I have tried to find any info about this company on the web. The company i found makes billard tables. It makes me think that this wheel is vintage or antique. THe wheel is perfectly balanced still, it will spin forever. And weighs about 150lbs. I just wish to know anything more about this company or the history of the wheel. Time era? value? etc... Anyone Please Help thank you.

That is pretty cool! How the heck did you get it back from Iraq? not exactly luggage size..
Good luck in your search. Id like to think you will get some answers here, but it might take a few days or more to find the right person to answer your query.

first of all let me say welcome home. this company dates to 1789.
a war orphan was adopted by the original company' about 1917 who took possession of the company in 1925.
changeing the name to ( caro) they were working out of paris france' until 1990 then the company was sold.
