Title: blue pirken hammer Czechoslovakia cup and saucer

I was given a cup and saucer set and wondering if anyone knows it's origin/appraisal?   The saucer is small, about 4 inches.  The cup is very small also.  Light blue w/gold handle and gold rimmed.  Back of cups say Czechoslovakia, saucer also has the pirken hammer symbol.

$45 dollars.no chip's crack's discoloration etc.
