Title: Old Civil War picture with frame

This is an old Civil war picture with frame and I wanted to know if anyone knew anything about it or what it is worth. It says "Major-General Ambrose E. Burnside issuing orders to his staff, upon taking command of the Army of the Potomac."   No numbers and no signatures. Thanks in advance for the respsonses!

due to it'size, and fore matting the print appears to be a reproduction.
1950's or so about $35.00 dollars
