Title: Vintage Fur Coat Jacket

Not sure about this Fur Coat, Not sure how old it is, but it is from a 80yr old woman's house. I am wondering how you can tell if it is real or fake fur. It does not have any labels or numbers or names. Does anyone recognize the maker or know anything about the year of it. Small size. Is it worth anything? Thanks for responses!

your coat looks to be racoon.any' clasp's buttons etc.
