Title: Can Anyone help!!Japanese Plate w/ Gold trim

HELLO

I have this plate from my great-grandmother. I have no idea what it is, or how much it might be worth. Help!  I think it is japanese, it has japanese writing on the back( 3 symbols, in a horizontal row). It is trimmed in gold. Bright blue coloring with roses all around it & one in the middle. Any imput PLEASE!!!Lau79@cox.net
