Title: Great-gramma's china (Curious pattern)

 ??? ??? HELP HELP, can't locate this pattern or mark on bottom, description is as follows: Center of plate, shiny smooth white, outline in cream color but with a matte finish, then 1/2" around border of plate, 5 petal blue flower followed by 3 leaves, followed by 3 petal blue flower, followed by leaves then 3 pink roses encased in gold. The pattern then starts again. The pattern has a tiny gold border under and above the pattern along the rim. GOSH
It has a green outline of a flower as the mark on the bottom (I thought a Hibiscus), with three little leaves coming out from it. And its say 'Made in Japan',  ??? ??? ???  Can't find anything on the internet.  Help me search,
