Title: Need Info On This Old Battery operated Cheese Slicer

Anyone see anything like this?? Old battery (heats wire to slice cheese) operated cheese slicer.
Looking for info, age, vaule etc. Thanks for looking!

If used to slice cheese, the batteries wouldn't last very long, would they? ??? ???

ps: Was just thinking, that would work better n' longer if used as a "butter slicer".
